DESCRIPTION:The Summer School on ‘Electrical Machines and Drives for Green Transportation systems’ promotes innovation, upskilling and reskilling in the automotive and transportation sectors, fostering the training of highly qualified personnel, able to face the challenges of the electrical revolution.\nIt’s a unique event in Europe, open to young researchers and PhD students, to exchange experience and technical information about their projects, to attend lectures, visit companies and meet representatives from top industries in the transportation area.\nEngineers from Industry are also welcomed, it is an opportunity for them to stay updated with the latest innovations in the electric transportation.\nThe Summer School partners with DORNA project and it is organized by MUNER – Motorvehicle University of Emilia-Romagna and The University of Modena and Reggio Emilia – UniMoRe, in collaboration with the Electrical Machines Technical Committee of the IEEE IES , with the support of the Fondazione Democenter, and it is endorsed by MOST – Centro nazionale per la mobilità sostenibile, and Motus-E.\nIt is organized in Modena, in the center of Emilia-Romagna region, which is world-renowned for its automotive industry.\nThe program is enriched with social events and cultural experiences, to embrace the history and innovation of the Italian automotive sector and discover local beauty and culture.\nEarly bird registration will open in January 2026.\n
